Shujaat Khan is the co-founder and Managing Director of Blue River Capital; a private equity firm focused on making investments in the SME segment. Blue River Capital has extensive expertise in helping SME companies grow rapidly through geographic and/or product expansion, and has a team of investment and operating professionals to assist companies. Prior to Blue River Capital, Mr. Khan was a Managing Director with Chryscapital, which is one of the first private equity firms in India. Mr. Khan has also worked in Asia with Merrill Lynch and the U.S. with Travelers Group (now Citi). Mr. Khan has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from University of Rochester. Mr. Khan is a sports fanatic, and an avid squash player.
