Dr Setlem is a seasoned entrepreneur for over 25 years. His journey began with packaged drinking water / mineral water manufacturing and corporate agriculture in 1995. After expanding to gulf, he established GETOMAN LLC, diversifying into Food Processing and Agri commodity Trading. Also, set up ZAKI FOODS, a Nutritional Products, Dairy & Beverage Products manufacturing company in Oman. As a part of relocation in India, founded Womenova Agro Food Park Pvt Ltd and Indigene Protein Foods Pvt Ltd in 2017 and 2018 respectively, to establish a world class Food Processing Cluster to produce high end Dairy products of KINE brand, Proteins like Whey Protein Isolate and Functional Foods. The facility is located in the out skirts of Hyderabad, Telangana with huge investment. COMPANION is the registered brand for its Nutritional bars and therapeutic Foods.
As promoter, Dr Setlem has extensive business leadership background in multi-functional and diversified environments besides integrated set of competencies related to strategic planning, execution, operations, diversifications, Finance & profitability, marketing and supply chain management in Food & Nutrition Industries. He had associated with several international business organisations such as WJ Towel, FACOR [UC LLC] and Ali Shaihani Foods in Sultanate of Oman. A subject matter specialist by himself with very comprehensive outlook and thoroughness in the food sector with Scale, Openness, Official Support to the team and Technology [SOOP] that contributes hugely for better performance in manufacturing, distribution and value addition to reach new heights in the sectors like FMCG, Food processing, human nutrition, functional foods.
