Manohar Hotchandani is the Director - Business Development of Microsoft. He has a 20-year long working experience in software, networking, start-up distribution and channels. For the past 13 years, he has been associated with Microsoft performing various roles like managing teams and P/L for specific businesses. Qualified computer engineer by profession, he has extensive experience of managing complex businesses, forming and running teams and developing and managing relationship with customers and partner.

He believes that if India has to succeed, then SMBs will play the biggest role in that success. He is also interested in mentoring companies in the SMB space specifically those which from environment and healthcare sectors.
